INEX-SDA nabízí volná místa školení vedoucích projektů!

Účastnili jste se již nějakých dobrovolnických projektů a seminářů a přemýšlíte, jak byste mohli své zkušenosti využít? Proč se nestát vedoucím jednoho z nich? Na nabízeném semináři slovenské organizace INEX se naučíte vše, co dobrý vedoucí potřebuje a INEX-SDA vám následně poskytne prostor k realizaci vlastních nápadů.

Termín: 8. -15. 7. 2012
Místo: Hotel Belassi, Bojnice, Slovensko

Hledáme: 2 účastníky - 18-30 let, schopné pracovat v angličtině, se zájmem o téma semináře a budoucí zapojení do projektů INEX-SDA, nebo rozvoj vlastních nápadů (samostatně i s podporou INEX-SDA, např. v rámci DoKu).

Podmínky účasti: 20€ účastnický poplatek hostitelské organizaci, 30% celkového cestovného (70% bude zpětně proplaceno z dotace YiA), vlastní pojištění

Plný popis projektu:
The project will host 20 participants from 10 countries of Europe such as Slovakia, France, Italy, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Germany and Spain. The training seminar is unusual and unique because all of above mentioned countries will share their experience, ideas and methods to give the participants the opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills, get various points of view and self-confidence in the true interlcultural environment. The quality of the learning process will be ensured by the team of the skilled international trainers invited from participating countries.

The training seminar will be planned and set in a way that participants gain all the important knowledge and skills which real international leader needs. The main themes of the project will be: the life cycle of youth project, leadership, theory of games, communication skills, problem solving, teambuilding, participatory methods, intercultural learning, evaluation methods, financial and project management and the basics of the first aid. To achieve the best result during the project will be used various methods of non-formal education such as: lectures, participatory methods, dialoges, discussions in groups with different size, case studies, simmulation games, role playing methods, brainstroming, teambuilding, demonstration, praxis, interview,mentoring, peer, experience methods, workshops and evaluation methods.

Moreover one of the main outputs of the project will be the international trainer´s guidebook which will be prepared by trainers and participants during the training seminar. The guidebook will include theory, methods and own experience of the participants from the seminar. This guidebook will be spread not just to all the organisations who participated in the project but also to the other Aliance members so they can use it as an inspiration in training in their home countries. We consider this project as a starting point for further and closer cooperation among the partner organisations. We hope that it can inspire not just us and our partners but also the others to organize similar projects which can not only bring organisations closer together but mainly to help young people to learn new things, realize their own value in society, get a new point of view and gain self-confidence and in this way form active European citizens. And isn´t it the result we all care about?
